A Few Things We Want To Be Upfront About
Look, disclaimers exist for a reason. Not to hide behind — but because there are things about how we work, what we promise, and what we genuinely can't control that are worth saying clearly before anyone spends money with us. This page covers that. No dense legal paragraphs. No sentences that take three reads to decode. Just the stuff you'd want to know anyway.
You'll see numbers on this website. Things like 340% traffic growth, 3x return on ad spend, clients jumping from page 4 to number 2 in 90 days. Those are real. They came from real clients and real campaigns.
They are not guarantees.
Every business is different. A law firm in New York is competing in a completely different landscape than a cleaning company in rural Ohio. The starting point matters. The industry matters. The competition matters. What worked for one client in four months might take eight months for another — or might look different entirely.
Possible. Not Promised.
When we share results, we're showing you what's possible with the right strategy and consistent work. We're not promising you'll get identical numbers. Anyone who makes that promise is either lying or selling something you should run from.
Everything Else You Should Know
Six areas where transparency matters. All of them covered here.
No Professional Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
We're a digital agency. We build websites, do SEO, and run paid advertising campaigns. We're good at those things. We are not lawyers. We are not accountants. We are not financial advisors. Nothing on this website should be taken as legal, financial, or tax advice — even if it touches on business strategy or investment in marketing. If you're making a significant business decision and you're not sure about the legal or financial side, talk to a professional who's qualified to advise on that. Not us. Not a blog post. An actual professional.
Outbound Links and Affiliate Relationships
If we ever link to a product or service where a financial relationship exists, we'll say so. Currently we don't have affiliate arrangements on this site. If that changes, this page will reflect it. We don't accept payment to recommend tools or agencies on our website. The things we mention or link to are things we've used, tested, or genuinely think are useful.
Accuracy of Case Studies and Testimonials
The client stories and results mentioned on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and based on real data from real engagements. We don't fabricate testimonials or invent metrics. That said — results shown are from specific clients, in specific industries, at specific points in time. Past performance, as they say, doesn't guarantee future results. It gives you a reasonable picture of what working with us looks like. That's all it's meant to do.
Availability of the Website
Webtechtic.com might occasionally go down for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control — hosting issues, server problems, that sort of thing. We do our best to keep things running. We can't promise 100% uptime because no website legitimately can. If you're trying to reach us and the site's down, email us directly at hello@webtechtic.com. That still works.
Changes to This Disclaimer
If something material changes, we update the date at the top. That's the honest signal that something's actually different, not just a formatting tweak. We're not going to rewrite this in ways that quietly change what we've committed to and hope nobody notices.
