Is the consultation actually free?
Yes, completely free. No card required, no trial period, no hidden catch. We give 30 minutes of our time because we have learned that a quick conversation usually saves both of us a lot of back-and-forth emails. If we are a good fit, great. If we are not, we will often recommend someone else who might be.
What should I have ready before the call?
Honestly, nothing. Some background on your business is helpful — what you sell, who your customers are, what you have tried before — but we will ask the right questions to pull it out of you. If you have a budget range in mind, that helps too, but it is not required.
How fast can you start?
Most projects can begin within 1 to 2 weeks of approval, sometimes sooner. We are a small team and we deliberately limit how many projects we run in parallel, so availability changes month to month. The discovery call is also where we tell you honestly when we can fit you in.
Do you take really small projects?
It depends. We have built simple 5-page websites for under $2,000 and run small SEO campaigns for local businesses with modest budgets. What we usually decline is projects where the budget is so tight that we would have to cut corners — we would rather refer you to someone who specializes in lower-budget work than do a half-hearted job ourselves.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is one of the most common reasons people book the call. You do not need to know whether you need a website, SEO, ads, or all three. Just describe what you are trying to fix or grow, and we will help you figure out where the actual problem is. Sometimes the right answer is much simpler than people expect.
Do you work with international clients?
No, we focus exclusively on USA businesses. Different markets need different strategies, and we have learned that we do our best work when we stay focused. If you are based outside the USA, we appreciate the interest but cannot help you well.
What happens if we are not a good fit?
We will tell you on the call. No drawn-out sales process, no follow-up emails for the next six months, no pressure. If we know another agency or freelancer who would serve you better, we will often introduce you to them. The world is small enough that being honest pays off.
